Hello!
What program are you using to browse? In explorer you use the favourites
menu (alt a) and select the first option, add to favourites.
Tab through the dialog and you will get the chance to name your page or
accept the suggested name.
After you have accepted the page by pressing OK the page will appear in the
menu with the name you gave it. I think netscape is similar but Netscape
uses the term Bookmarks.
