Heh, Bob, you're a "good" guy.  :)
You're using Outlook Express and your message was in plain text.  How
do I know, you ask?  You can tell from the message header.  In Outlook
Express, open the message in question, then follow these steps:

1.  Press ALT-F to open the file menu and R to open the properties
sheet.

2.  right-arrow to the details tab.

3.  Tab once to the message headers edit box.

4.  Arrow up and listen for the fields which indicate the mail client
which was used and the MIME content field which will indicate plain
text if the message is in that format.

Perhaps you can use this information to help others get their email
clients set appropriately.  Thank you.
