The problem here, as usual, is microsoft. Outlook express and possibly
outlook default to sending html e-mail messages. If you read messages in
outlook they will all seem readable. to clear this problem in outlook
express go to to the list of messages within a folder or the tree view of
folders (rather than within a message). go to the tools menu and select
options.
go to the send tab and select send messages using plain text. you may also
wish to check send replies in the format used by sender.
