Hello:
I have out look express 4.1 and when I want to reply to a person I just hit
alt c and arrow down till I find reply to author, and hit inter.  I have the
setting fixed in my phone book that when I respond to a person that isn't in
the book, it is put there automatically.  I hope this helps you  out.
