Those are some good questions.
I usually wind up putting the person to whom I wish to reply in my address
book and then forwarding the message to him/her.
You can find out who the original sender was by pressing alt+numrow1 twice
quickly. Then you can put them in your address book by pressing numpad*
(right mouse click) and arrowing down once.
