I couldn't live without the various versions of Kedit (pronounced
kay-edit) from Mansfield Software.  There are DOS, Windows and OS/2
versions and I own them all.  This editor is a virtual clone of the Xedit
facility that is the system editor in IBM's VM operating system.  It
includes a subset (some subset ... I think only one or two commands are
lacking) of the REXX language, making it possible to write some really
sophisticated macros using REXX.  For anyone who's seriously interested in
a text editor as opposed to a word processor, this should very definitely
be high on the consideration list.  For more info, go to:
