Hi John,
I'm using Outlook97 & the insert-a works just fine. Whenever I suspect an email
message may have an attachment, I simply type ins-a & JFW 3.2.31 tells me
instantly every time the name or names of attachments.
I have no idea what's causing your problem with this.
