It depends what you want to do with attachments. I find the insert+a key
works just fine on my machine at work and home, using outlook 97 at work and
outlook express at home. If you can identify the attachment within the
message, you can click on it to open it, or you can use save attachment from
the file menu to save it and look at it later.
