Hi,

        I always use JFW with my DVD videos and movies, and it works just great.  I
am not using a Gate Way computer, but this is one I built on my own.  I have
Win98, 450 MHZ, DVD-ROM drive, and JFW 3.2 works real great.  The software I
use is called Real Magic Hollywood to play DVDs.  I don't know what software
you have.  I'm not sure why you have problems because it has nothing to do
with JFW--at least that's what I think.
