Hi, Michael.  The only ways I can think of are these.  If you are using the
Acrobat Access plug-in, from the file menu in the reader convert the file to
HTML or text.  MS word should be able to read both of these and save them to
Word format, though you will probably have to do some reformatting and
cleaning up of the file.

    I don't know how the conversion is using the Adobe PDF to HTML by e-mail
or URL, but that might work as well.
