you click on it like any other app and if you don't have a software
synth, you can use your screen reader with it and in fact, if you want
to perform any netscape configuration commands, you need the screen
reader. if you want to leave jfw running and have a software synth,
you can have jfw go to sleep when hpr is loaded.
