I didn't mention the Netscape requirement because Netscape is a free
program, but perhaps I should have. Although JFW does not require you
to use IE4, if you're using any other browser the features of JFW's
internet access do not compare well with those of HPR. Also, I don't
think that anyone reading my report would get the impression that HPR
is in any way a substitute for a screen reader. But if anyone did, let
me say right now that you can't use HPR without JFW or some other
screen reader.
