HPR is not a browser because you need Netscape. It is also not a
screen reader because it only works on the net. You might think of it
as a sophisticated script that makes Netscape a very user-friendly
program for the blind. Like the JFW scripts for IE4, only better. JAWS
is put to sleep while you're using HPR. When you alt tab out, JFW
wakes back up.
