First, let me say that I know next to nothing aboutcomputers!

Then, I'll say that I am having the same problem as what Doug is describing.
I'm using win 98 and JFW 3.2.  I find it very confusing and one more
headache on top of trying to teach myself all this *WONDERFUL* technology.
I see the benefit but don't need the hastle!
