Hi, Scott. Unfortunately, I do not have a Decktalk Express so I can't be
much help there. I do use a Dectalk internal at home and Dectalk Access32
at work. My speech usually crashes when accented characters appear in web
pages. I do ot have the problem you experience where lines and letters are
chopped off.
