In light of the problems eloquence seems to have with daylight saving time,
is it possible to use the free Microsoft speech as an alternative software
speech with JFW 3.2? and if so, how do I go about that? I do not recall MS
Speech being listed as one of the synths during installation of JFW. Also,
where do I download MS Speech and what files do I need there?
Help would be appreciated as I want to run JFW on a notebook computer when
we go to the US next weekend.
Or is it certain that the Eloquence daylight saving time bug did not occur
with those of you in the US? and would running JFW on an Anerican Windows
with settings for the US cure that problem for sure? (I assume my computer
is not aware of its physical surroundings.) Still, help on using MS Speech
as an alternate synth would be much appreciated regardless of the time zone
problem.
