Hello.

        With respect to the inability of the store personnel to get JFW up and
running on your HP400 machine, I suspect that they may not have fully shut
down other applications, initiated during startup.  As you may already
know, all applications, including virus checkers and such must be closed
before loading JFW and many other programs for that matter.  Good luck.
