I doubt that any programmer would have the ability or desire to change the
"date compiled" field of either the Borelan c++ compiler or the MicroSoft
compiler.
However, I do blame HJ for not foreseeing this happening and fixing it
during the last patch upgrade.  After all, this is the second time this has
occurred.
But, few of us--with the exception of Carol Pierson--on this list raised
much concern about it either.
So, I guess there's blame enough to go around.
