Hi Listers,
I encounter this problem when in IE Outlook Express Mail. When checking
messages and deleting many I do not wish to read I come upon a message and
the voice goes dead. No matter what I do I cannot get the voice back and
resort to doing an Alt-Ctrl-Del or on occasions turning off the computer
when that fails. Upon re-entering the email program I loose the voice again
when landing on the email message that caused the problem before. The only
way to resolve this problem is to have someone sighted delete that message
and start all over again.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and what is the fix. Very
frustrating and appreciate any thoughts.
