You can get a utility called "Wave Events that will give the same scheme
options for all applications.  For example, you have, in all the default
schemes, options for assigning a wave file to events such as Open Program,
Close Program, Program Error, Menu Open, Maximize, Minimize, Restore, and so
on.  The Wave Event utility is suppose to give those same options to
individual applications.  I haven't used it yet, but I did download the
utility--just haven't had the time to test it!
