I installed the new version of Jaws from the CD, downloaded I.E. 5.1 from
the MS Web site.
Can't say I like the way Outlook Express works now.
The Control delete no longer works, every time I use it I am switched to the
task bar. Pressing Insert plus T shows no program has focus, and I have to
Alt Tab back to Outlook Express.
The message is no longer read after pressing Enter, have to use Insert down
arrow to read them, even then it seems to be hit and miss, sometimes it
skips the message and says "bottom of window"
And what is all that verbosity at the beginning of a message? "Edit" two or
three times, "number of links" twice who needs all that?
Turning off the virtual cursor isn't much better.
The good news is that the sound I had set for new mail finally works.
Any suggestions would be welcome and appreciated.
