Hi,
I upgraded from JFW 3.0 to JFW 3.2 (Windows NT) and needed a new (QCPS)
key disk which HJ initially did not send me. JFW 3.2 would lot recognize
my everlock authorization keys from JFW 3.0. Maybe this is your problem?
