Hi Beth,
Thank you for the time in this matter and thanks for helping. I will go
into control/ panel and try turning off correction error in modem
properties. Also, how do you turn off or on binary and what mode do you
have to be in to download this thing, binary or the other one, and what is
the other one. where do you check for this setting.
I I can't help but to tell you this, its very funny. I once paid for
support from a guy to ehlp me through problems like this. If I'd ask him
this question, his answer would most likely be something like, go into
control panel and check the settings. Never would he tell me what settings,
against what, where, anything, his answers were always check the settings.
No matter what the problem, he would either send me huge manuals, or tell
me to read all sorts of materials, but would never just tell me the anser.
And I was paying for his support.
Please let me know which mode I should be in and where I should check to
find out what mode I should be in. A Lister told me or rather asked me if I
was downloading in binary or what? This is why I askyou this.
