Hi, Scott. If you have had no problems downloading other files from other
places, then it sounds like either the JFW modem and yours conflicted over
error correction, see my other message on this. Or the problem may be line
noise between just your modem and the internet provider you're using or
somewhere in between. I'm not sure, the important thing is that you got the
download. The serial number is a different problem which other people have
discussed here. My installation went through fine, but now JFW tells me I
have no more SMA's left over where before installing the beta I had one, so
apparently it consideres the beta release an upgrade???
