I'm not sure if it's a wise suggestion, but if you have a zip program like
winzip, you may want to try extracting the file with it. I've had
experience like this before, not with jfw though, and extracting the file
with winzip seems to work. If you have winzip, you will have the option to
extract the file with the program in the file menu.
