I am not sure I understand what you mean about the JAWS upgrade policy.
I did not purchase the Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) when I got JAWS but
was planning to get it with my upgrade to 3.3.
Are you saying that the SMA simply entitles the purchaser to 3 upgrades of
their choice, that they do not need to be consecutive upgrades?
