not sure if this tip will help or not, but i notice when setting up i e and the internet that for some reason the browser gets in work off line mode. this i suspect is due to the fact when the browser does the dialling, as opposed to a seperate icon it uses the registry. so you need to make a connection to the provider and launch the i e browser. then use alt plus letter f keystroke arrow up to run off line and uncheck it. bill cameron At 09:58 PM 4/22/99 -0400, you wrote: >Hi Ray, although I do not know the reason for the underlying problem, I >have found a band-aid solution which works for me.
