There is really no need to use a script to do this in all applications. When you create shortcuts or shortcut keys (or just go edit the ones you already have in the start menu or on the desktop etc...) there is a combo box control in the shortcut tab in the properties for each item. It is located by pressing tab after the shortcut key definition. You can set it to run in a normal window, minimized or maximized. Change this to maximized and it will run the application in a maximized window each time you access the shortcut. - Visit the jfw ml web page: http://jfw.cjb.net
