Sb16 vs. Soundblaster Live

Just about to purchase a new PC. with Windows 98. It comes with a
Soundblaster 16 bit card but for $80 more, I can get the Soundblaster live
instead. I have both Jaws and Outspoken screen reading programs available
to me. Is the Soundblaster Live worth the extra $80?
