Reboot.
Windows sometimes doesn't completely understand changes in shortcut key
assignments until a boot is made. It certainly won't hurt to turn the power
off and do a cold reboot. When I used the Restart item in the shutdown menu,
a ghost hotkey I was trying to purge still remained active. Only when I did
a full shutdown/power off/power on sequence did the key disappear.
This isn't definitive, but is suggestive.
