Here is the answer I received from HJ as to the cost of an SMA. I did not
purchase an SMA when I bought JFW3.2009. Apparently, because HJ has now
come out with JFW3.3, I have to pay for an upgrade first then the SMA. This
will get me 3 versions for $250, $100 for 3.3 and $75 for each of the next
two. It seems I have missed the boat. I wondered what warning I had
received about this and could not find anything listed in the help or in
the online manual about an SMA. We had better warn new JFW users next time
before a new version comes out, though we hardly expected it at this time
ourselves.
