When I checked a few weeks ago, it appears that HJ charge $50 more on the
SMA for overseas customers, which (as I understand it) excludes extra
shipping costs. In essence, the basic SMA for overseas custmers cuts $50
of the total basic price off the upgrades you are entitled to. When
shipping costs and currency fluctuations, etc., are added in, it seems to
me that ythe overseas customer would be paying about as much as the non-SMA
US purchaser.
