To change the volume control for DECTalk Access 32, you need to go to the
Start Menu, Programs, Accessories, and depending if you are running Windows
95 or 98, I think that 95 was the Multimedia and Windows 98 is Entertainment.
Open that item and press the letter V for Volume Control.
You need to set the Volume control for Master and the Wave Synth. Adjust it
according to sound without getting any distortion out of your speakers.
