Hi, Ron: I am pleased with the overall performance of JFW33, but still have
some reservations. As a former devoted customer of Telesensory for 15 years,
I fear I must concur with Jamal's comments about JFW's public relations.
Again, the last three times I have called tech support, I have got incorrect
information or no help at all.Eric's email appears shortly after Jamal's
expression of conern, but says nothing except that HJ monitors the list. And
why, so hasty a jump from the public beta to the CD version 33?
I agree that JFW33 is the best. But, and this is more than blind loyalty to
a preferred product: How do we keep it that way? The bottom fell out of
Telesensory very quickly. And, ASAW?
REgards,
Richard Hutcheson
