I use Outlook Express, and I have noticed that there are a lot of Delay() function
calls in the scripts for the program. The Delay() function is used to halt a script
for a fixed period of time, but, since we're all using computers running at different
speeds, some delays may not be long enough. In some cases the delays may be
excessive, too. If you're having problems with such things as having the old message
re-read after you press Control-D to delete it, then you may want to investigate some
of the delays and adjust them for your machine. My computer runs at only 90
MegaHertz, and I had to greatly increase the delay in the DeleteMessage() script to
stop JFW from re-reading the message I was deleting. Hope this helps. It's just one
example of why we all don't necessarily get the same results when running the same
program with the same JFW scripts.

Cheers,
Jerry
