Hi,
I don't know about the File menu, but the Goto option off the View menu
tracks the last nine web sites you've visited during a session. Alt-v,
followed by g will open this menu. The pages are in reverse order in the
sense that the last one you visited is at the bottom of the submenu. So
press up arrow after pressing alt-v and g to move through them in the order
of last to first.
Beyond that you can explore the history option which can track web sites
for day or weeks or months.
