run jaws first

I just got my new jfw3.3 in today.  I have one question before I install
it.  Right now with jfw 3.2, I have run jaws first checked.  Since I am not
going to delete the old one yet, will the new one pick up run jaws first,
or when I boot up, will the old one still run?  Since I want jfw to come up
running, I need to know if I need to uncheck run jaws first on the old one,
and check it on the new one, or will it just pick it up?
