I'm writing this for a friend who is having troubles making JAWS read correctly
She is currently using JAWS 3.2.
She has e-mail from AOL. It isn't reading the ends of sentences. I've given
her the standard display settings for JAWS but don't know if it made any
difference
Problem 2. While reading a document in MSWord, JAWS read the title
correctly, but when she arrowed into the document it read blank for the
rest of the document. She printed the document and was able to varify that
it had material on it.
And the final problem occurs when she is on the internet. Normally when you
hit the control key it is supposed to stop speech. When she hits control it
throws her into any number of functions, such as search mode key word and
other places she doesn't want to be.
Can these problems be attributed to the fact that she is on AOL? Any help
you might give would be appreciated. You can send your responses to the
