Hi john, it's a little weird and doesn't work all the time, but maybe jaws
is losing focus have your friend try switching tasks first out and then back
in to the doccument, as well as implimenting r.j's suggestions, she may get
a better focus, and make sure the doccument is maximized. That can czause
strangeness to. This loss of focus if that's what it is may be a symptom of
