Hi:
Sounds like the problems I was having before I changed my video card Matrox
200 or 2000 don't know for sure . Have her check with HJ and see if she has
the right drivers for her video card or if they have the drivers to make her
card work with JFW. Go in the HJ web site and get what scripts she thinks
might help.
