shortcut key for O.E.

In I.E. 4.01 we had a shortcut key alt, control, o, since installing I.E. 50
I am not able to get the hot key. I did what I am suppose to do on the
shortcut page, but I am told that it cannot be saved and access is
unavailable.HELP! What do I need to do?
