Sorry I messed up.
You will have to delete your icon on the desktop,
from the start menu choose the find press enter and type in outlook express.
when you select that do a shift f10 and arrow up to create shortcut.
Press enter key.
It will ask you about saving shortcut to desk top. Press enter key.
Now from the desktop find outlook and use jaws and right mouse button arrow
up to properties and choose your shortcut key and all that. Tab to okay and
try it.
