Hi
You can just select the Outlook icon on desktop, use jaws cursor, when you
are on outlook do a right mouse click up arrow to properties, tab and set
your short cut and then it says something about selecting a different icon
do that and tab to okay and escape to get out if it doesn't let you and then
try your hot keys. I also choose maximize when it asks what kind of window
I want to run it in.

If I need to give clearer directions just let me know.
