Harry, you need to open the start menu, hit the letter P until you hear
programs, hit the enter key. it should open up on Accessories, if not hit
the letter A until you hear accessories. Hit enter. hit the letter S until
you hear System Tools. Hit enter. Hit the letter S until you hear System
Information. Hit enter. If you now hit Alt+T it will take you to a pull
down menu screen from the tool bar. You can now run various sub menu
programs including system configuration utility. This will provide you the
ability to modify the win.ini, the sys.ini, the config.sys, the autoexec.bat
and startup files. this can be invaluable if you are attempting to minimize
wasted resources. You can check or uncheck various options which are used
in each file.
