Sorry, but it seems to me that the most fundamental function of a screen
access system is to focus the running application and when it doesn't,
it's more than merely irritating ... it's a major problem with the access
system. The fact that there are kludgy work-arounds doesn't impress me.
Something fundamental is broken and it requires fixing.
