actually, for a sighted person, when a program closes (jaws can be
running or not) it clears the screen uncovering the program it was
hiding. a sighted person would see this and not even notice that the
system has lost focus. if they want to go to an icon on the desktop,
they would just "click" it. so they don't care what the pc focus is
doing. th3e only way they would care is if they didn't have a mouse, or
were operating only by keyboard.
