I have to agree with this comment. I do not feel the responsiveness is
there from the [EMAIL PROTECTED] address.
I still feel that there should be more active participation from HJ on this
mailing list. This is where the issues seem to be, and to my mind at least
should be responded to. It should not be necessary for list members to
forward responses they have received from HJ on topics that affect hj users
in general.
I am glad to receive the press releases that HJ provides, but when you send
a technical question or a suggestion to them, this auto reply response
doesn't do a lot for me.
These are simply my opinions only and in no way are meant as criticism of
the product itself.
I have been at seminars conducted by Dan Clark and they are first rate in
my judgement, but the customer care aspect is somewhat lacking in my view.
