Ray,
Have you checked to see if your icons are large? This is a royal stab
in the dark, but I know that in past versions of JFW, enlarged icons
don't show up well. I don't really know if this would be an issue in
the sys tray or not, but what the hay, no one else has seemed to
suggest anything that works. Also, see if putting your task bar on top
works, there is also an option that says "show small icons on start
menu" that you could play with as well. A very interesting delemma.
