jfw, message rules in outlook express 5

Hi all,

Not sure if this is jfw related or not.

I am having trouble using the message rules in outlook express version 5.  I
am not able to edit in the edit box where one would signify the specifics of
the rule such as which list heading to take action on.

When I try to do this, the computer dings at me.  Wondering if there is
something that jfw is not seeing that I should do?
