actually can you not currently use ins+f10 to access this list?
as far as what they were talking about they had a screen reader that
had this little thingy like jfw does now with ins+f11 where you could
list the system tray icons and perform actions on them but they did
not have the jfw capability of freely examining the task bar so their
assumption was that the task tray was this special monster.
The heated argument arose from the fact they wanted to believe fiction
rather than fact and I abhore that sentament. Is it really true what
they say? "ignorance is bliss"? I have never found this to be so.
